Shell's Censorship 1
Home Up

Despite the fact that I (John Dyer) have repeatedly requested that (my first WEB host) 'easyspace' give the reasons for (following Shell's instructions) closing down my WEB site,  it has constantly refused to supply an explanation.  Consequently,  I wrote (by recorded letter):

Dear Sir,

                           Re:  www.nuclear-crimes.com

I have now requested that ‘easyspace’ forward a full detailed explanation, on at least four separate occasions, as to why you chose to put my WEB Site on ‘hold’.  In view of the fact that, despite my repeated requests for an explanation, you have chosen to ignore the issue, I now demand that you forward an explanation within the next ten days.

As easyspace employees have informed that 'hold' is a euphemism, in this instance, for cancelling my WEB Site, I had no other option than to seek a more ethical WEB host.

I am further informed, by easyspace employees, that Shell’s lawyers, D J Freeman, have been in contact, and that is the reason for your ‘actions’!  Consequently, please forward, as also previously requested, copy of ‘Shell’s’ said letter.

Try to view me as a paying customer, which in case you have forgotten I am.

Yours truly,

John Dyer.

Easyspace's chief replied:

Dear My Dyer

You breached our regulations.

We are not prepared to enter into further correspondence with you.
